School Runs Terms and Conditions
As a provider of school bus services we reserve the right to refuse service to any student who we believe to be acting in an inappropriate manner.
Payment Terms
Term Pass:
One set price paid at the start of the term entitles the card carrier to travel up to that stage fare for the duration of the school term. The card is only able to be used once in the morning, and once in the afternoon. This is most suitable for students that will be catching the bus in the morning and afternoon for the majority of the term. This can be purchased on the Bus at the start of the term.
Multi-Journey:
This option entitles the card carrier to pre-pay for journeys, on a per journey basis. You are able to load 10 rides onto the Smart Card, with a maximum of 40 rides loaded at a time. This method is suitable for students catching the bus on a casual basis. Multi-Journey rides are able to be purchased on the bus off the driver throughout the year. Multi-Journey rides do not expire and are valid throughout the school year
Cash Fare:
This is the one set price for students, more suitable for students who seldom catch the bus, and is cash only. It is essential cash fare customers retain their ticket as proof in case of an Audit
Smart Card:
One off cost of $10 for the purchase of the card. This card is required to purchase Multi-Journey and Term Passes. The card has a complex micro chip and must be handled with care. Do not bend or physically damage the card. No refunds are made for lost or stolen cards, including stored value. Passengers using this card will be issued a paper ticket for each trip which must be retained for the entire journey and presented on request. Smart cards are able to be purchased on the bus from the driver throughout the school year.
