* Pricing is valid for pickups within 20kms from Auckland CBD, by 9:30pm and a final drop off before 12am. Buses subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Please note that if you are making a booking on a peak date including the weekends leading up to Christmas or dates that major events are on in Auckland our pricing above will exclude GST. Your price will be confirmed in writing at time of enquiry. We can easily help you with a hire outside these times and areas, however we will need to quote pricing prior to confirming your booking.

School Ball FAQs
When do we have to pay?
To confirm your booking we take a deposit of $500 which confirms your booking and the balance is paid at least 3 working days prior to your event date.
We do not dispatch buses without full payment being received prior to the event date.
Can we play our own music?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own device, our party buses have AUX or Bluetooth.
if you are booking a standard coach, please ask during the booking process if your coach will have an AX onboard.
Can we drink on board?
Sorry, no alcohol is permitted on board for school ball transport.
