A deposit of $200 – $500 for is required to secure the bus and confirm your booking. This deposit is non refundable. In the event that you cancel late notice 48hours or less prior to your event full cost of the hire will be payable. The remainder of the total is to be paid at least 3 working days prior to you event. If your hire is during the Christmas closedown between December 24th 2021 and Jan 10th 2022 your balance will be due prior to Dec 22nd.
Absolutely. We cater to any itinerary with as many pick up locations as you wish. Please note that multiple pick ups (more than 2) may incur an additional charge if you have booked one way transport.
Dependent on the bus that you book you will be able to have max 30 people onboard.
All of our vehicles are strictly smoke and vape free environments. Under no circumstances are you to smoke onboard any of our buses this is illegal and would be grounds to terminate the hire with no refund. We can however make regular stops for smoke and vape breaks if required just let us know when booking.
You need to be 18 years or older to book a licensed Party Bus. If you are booking a designated Party Bus for a non licensed underage event you will need a parent or guardian to sign our booking form.
Yes we do. Ultimate and Viper are our only buses that are able to travel out of Auckland. There would be a relocation fee to get the bus to your location and back to Auckland.

Licensed Hires
We have three fully licensed buses which allow you to drink on board while travelling. All of these come with your own personal host who will serve you your drinks and look after you for the entirety of your trip. Check out our licensed buses: The Rock, Ultimate, and VIPER. If using any of our other non-licensed standard buses, you will not be able to drink on board unless you personally obtain a special licence from the Auckland Council.
A condition of our liquor licences onboard our fully licensed vehicles is that you are permitted to make a stop at a maximum of one pub or bar during your hire. The moment you stop at a second licensed venue (where you are not stopping for a meal), your event turns into a pub crawl and we legally have to stop serving onboard our vehicles.
So when you get back onboard the bus after the second licensed venue our bar onboard the bus will be closed for the remainder of the hire.
Yes you can the cost to upgrade to BYO would be $400. Drinks have to be a maximum of 6% alcohol content (with the exception of wine) and are to be brought on in boxes and served to you by your host from our bar onboard.
If you have booked our BYO bus you are able to bring Beer, Wine and RTDs that are 6% ABV or less. This means no shots, spirits or RTDs that are higher than 6% abv are allowed onboard, if you do try to bring these items onboard they will be confiscated by the bar manager. If these items are smuggled onboard this would be grounds to terminate the hire.
Our beer and RTD selection are priced at $9 each. This selection includes Heineken, Corona, Heineken Light, Pals Vodka Peach & Passionfruit, Pals Whiskey Apple & Soda & Somersby Cider. We have a premium RTD Bombay Sapphire Gin and Tonic which is $11 . Wine is sold by the bottle and ranges from $45 Our standard still wine is Oyster Bay and Bubbles is Pol Remy Brut.
You are welcome to request a different selection of drinks; however you would be required to pre order and prepay for drinks not included in our standard drinks list. As always we also have Free water and soft drink available for $2 each as well as a non alcoholic Rose priced at $15 per bottle.

Yes you can. Simply let your host know you would like to set up a prepaid bar tab and they will sort you out for the night. Tabs can be paid by cash or EFTPOS/credit card.
Our party buses are on-licence venues. A requirement of our liquor licenses is that no alcohol is to be taken off and consumed outside of the bus. If you do take alcohol off the bus, there is a chance you may not be allowed back on, hire could be terminated or you may even get fined by the police.
If it is a licensed hire, you will need to have food onboard the bus as a requirement to have alcohol. This needs to be arranged by the organiser of the hire and must be substantial food e.g Pizza and be enough for the entire hire, if food runs out the bar will close or you will have the options to stop and pick up more food.
Absolutely. Plenty of our stag and hens nights arrange for topless waiters/bikini waitresses and adult dancers to join them onboard their hire. Or take the hassle out and book one of our Hen or Stag Packages.
Yes you will need to provide your own music for your event. All of our licensed vehicles and non-licensed vehicles have an AUX cable and Bluetooth on board. You can connect your phone/device and play your own music during your hire.
Both our VIPER and Ultimate Party Bus have a basic karaoke onboard. Your host can easily set this up so you can grab the mic and have a go!
We do not charge extra for you to use the Karaoke.
Ultimate has an LED Dancefloor onboard and Viper has aisle space as well as a great area around the bar where customers often dance.
Both our VIPER and Ultimate Party Bus have a fully functioning toilet onboard for your convenience. This means that you do not have to worry about where and when you are making the next stop and can enjoy the party.
During a licensed Party Bus hire, all passengers will need to be 18 years or older for alcohol to be served. With the exception of Viper for Wedding Transport (day hires) where flower girls & page boys are able to be onboard and the bar can remain open for those that are 18+. ID will be required to purchase drinks.

We are not available for viewings over the weekend.
Absolutely. If you have balloons and decorations that are easily put up and take down, then you are welcome to set these up upon pick up of your hire. Please note that all decorations must be taken down at the end of the hire.
